About Me
Hi, I’m Kasey (Bhava). I’m an integrative strategist, retreat facilitator, and guide working at the intersection of wellness, technology, and community care. My approach is grounded in the belief that operations can be soulful, strategy can be kind, and systems can be built with care and purpose.
After two decades in tech supporting teams at companies like Instacart and LegalZoom, I now help mission-driven businesses and retreat communities design infrastructure that reflects their values. From building backend systems to guiding retreats, my work centers care, clarity, and intention.
Outside of work, you’ll find me playing tennis, spending time with loved ones, and exploring nature through outdoor yoga. I’m also dedicated to learning ethical, human-centered uses of AI to support operations and storytelling in diverse communities.
I honor wisdom from many traditions and hold space for others to grow with integrity, groundedness, and purpose.
